Details

This course is suitable for Teachers, Technicians, TA’s and those supporting learners in the workshop. Delegates will have the opportunity to become familiar with a variety of equipment. This course will enable delegates to acquire H&S accreditation certification through a ‘hands on’ approach using the following. 

  • Hand Tools
  • Drilling Machine
  • Power Fret Saw
  • Sanding Machines
  • Plastics Moulding Equipment
  • Portable Power tools( including only Drills and sanders)

All the activities conform to the current D&T Association Training Standards.

NB; no experience necessary in using this equipment.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided.
