Our individual secondary package is perfect for teachers who are paying for membership themselves. Your school may pay for it for you with their Pupil Premium fund.

D&T is a compulsory subject for all Local Authority Schools in England teaching the National Curriculum. Our main objective as your membership organisation, is to ensure the unique nature of D&T is maintained and valued.

It is simple to upgrade to a secondary departmental membership.

Payments must be made within 14 days of joining the D&T Association and can cost as little as £7.42 per month, similar to a spend on a couple of your favorite takeaway coffees. See payment options

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit The Design and Technology Association will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request The Design and Technology Association to collect payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by The Design and Technology Association or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society. If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when The Design and Technology Association asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
