Bio:

Ben Wilson is Head of Design & Technology at Baysgarth School, where he has transformed STEM education through an employability-focused, engineering-led curriculum. Co-developing an innovative KS3 model, he helped establish the school as a Greenpower Centre of Excellence and UN Trojan Mouse Award winner for embedding sustainability. A Greenpower Ambassador and senior leader, Ben champions real-world learning and sector-wide collaboration.
