Bio:

Simon Hooker is an experienced educator and national advocate for Design and Technology, engineering education and STEM. He has led the relaunch of Scalextric4Schools, embedding CAD, digital manufacturing and industry practice in classrooms. An Onshape European Ambassador and SLE, he supports curriculum development, teacher training and school–industry partnerships. In 2024, he received the D&T Association’s Outstanding Subject Leader award.
