An engaging, all-in-one activity that teaches pupils to apply STEM principles in a fun, practical way.

Working individually, in pairs, or in small teams, pupils design, make, test, and race their own model cars on a 12-metre track. The project encourages problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking while developing skills in design, technology, science, and maths.

The process begins with each pupil folding a pre-stamped chassis net to create a standard 3D racing car with wheels and axles. Students then research and design their own body shell, testing and refining their ideas to improve aerodynamics and performance using the provided launch system and roll-out racetrack.

STEM Racing Discovery includes all the equipment and resources you need to run an exciting, hands-on learning project with ease.

A roll-out racetrack sets up in moments, and a foot-powered air pump provides a fun and sustainable way to launch the cars. Pupils use pre-cut paper chassis, wheels, and axles to build their own designs - meaning there’s no need to print, prepare materials, or set up additional stations.

Everything is ready to go, allowing you to focus on teaching and enjoying the learning experience.
