What does the renewed Ofsted framework really mean for SEND inclusion in your classroom, and how can you respond with confidence in Design and Technology?

Join this practical and insightful webinar led by David Mills, His Majesty’s Inspector and Specialist Adviser for SEND & Alternative Provision, alongside Ryan Ball, Director of Education at the D&T Association.

David will share first-hand insight into Ofsted’s current thinking, unpack what inspectors are really looking for, and explore how inclusive practice is reflected in the renewed framework. You’ll gain clarity, reassurance, and practical ideas you can apply straight away.

This session is designed for both primary and secondary D&T teachers, with real examples tailored to the Design and Technology classroom. There will also be time for live questions, giving you a valuable opportunity to hear directly from an Ofsted specialist.

With extensive experience across primary, secondary, special schools, and alternative provision, David brings a deep understanding of SEND, leadership, and inspection. This is a rare opportunity to cut through uncertainty and feel more confident about delivering inclusive, high-quality D&T in line with Ofsted expectations.

Bookings made after 4pm on the day of the online webinar may not be processed in time to join the call however we will try our best
