Join D&TA CEO Tony Ryan and Director of Education Ryan Ball for a webinar exploring the Association's plans to strengthen and support Design and Technology education through a new industry-funded regional model.
Following the successful launch of the Southwest region across Bristol, Avon, Somerset and Gloucestershire, the Association is now working with schools, industry partners and regional leaders to build sustainable local networks that connect education and industry in meaningful ways.
During this webinar, Tony and Ryan will share the vision behind the regional programme, the progress made so far, and how the model aims to support teachers, schools and trusts while strengthening the national voice of Design and Technology. The session will also explore the role of Hub Schools, Regional D&T Leaders and industry partnerships in creating local learning communities that respond to the needs of learners, schools and employers.
Importantly, this is also an opportunity for members and teachers to have their say. As the Association continues to develop its plans, we are keen to hear your thoughts, reflections and observations. Following the presentation, there will be an open discussion where attendees can share feedback and raise questions.
Whether you are interested in the regional model, keen to understand how it could benefit your school, or simply would like to contribute to the conversation about the future of Design and Technology education, we would be delighted to welcome you.
