Details

Delegates will undertake a variety of practical exercises during the day. Machines covered will include the circular saw, radial arm saw, narrow band saw and the combined planer-thicknesser. Delegates will receive a course pack covering current legislation and the knowledge, skills and understanding required to safely use this range of woodworking machinery in schools.
The course is suitable for teachers, technicians and other staff who are required to use this equipment. All the activities conform to the current D&T Association Training Standards.

Refreshments will be provided but you will need to bring your own lunch.

Cost of accreditation is included within the price.
