Building on skills developed in 'Introduction to Tinkercad' and 'Frame Structures in Tinkercad', this tutorial introduces Sim Lab, Tinkercad’s physics simulation tool. It guides students step by step through testing 3D models using real-world physics such as gravity, compression and tension. By applying different materials and loads to structures, students can explore forces, material properties and structural behaviour in a visual, interactive way, supporting links to science and maths within D&T.
