This pack contains visual communicative resources to help students learn a range of topics aimed at making theory lessons more active and engaging to all students. Two versions of resources are included: memory maps with all the information included, and blank versions which the students use. These can be differentiated, with headings etc kept in place to help lower abilities structure their thinking.
The resources can be adapted to include other key learning. The supplied resources are:
- Teacher PowerPoint covering all areas of learning
- Year 7 – name the parts of a sewing machine
- Year 8 – seasonal food
- Year 9 – resistor colour coding
- Year 10 – sustainable design, including Market Place – three types of recycling
