'Inspired by Industry' is a suite of free KS3 resources developed in collaboration with leading design and manufacturing companies. Designed to bring real-world contexts into the classroom helping teachers align lessons with industry practices. There are a range of free contexts available to all teachers, with additional exclusive content for D&T Association members.
Bringing Industry into the Classroom
Teachers across the UK are using 'Inspired by Industry' to make D&T lessons more engaging and relevant. By working on real design, prototyping, and testing tasks, students gain hands-on experience that mirrors industry practices.
