GCSE Textiles Rescue - Binding - Visible

This practical video introduces visible binding and shows how the technique can be used to create a neat, decorative finish on the edges of textile products. The six minute demonstration guides students through preparing and folding the binding, positioning and pinning it accurately, then using a sewing machine to secure it evenly to the fabric.

The video can be used to introduce the technique, support a classroom demonstration or help GCSE students develop accuracy and confidence when producing professional textile finishes.
