The Smart Crumb: Pitch adds retro 8‑bit sound to Crumble projects, letting users create voices, alarms, sound effects or simple tunes from a single output.

A Smart Crumb is a new way of connecting intelligent devices to the Crumble Controller, using only one output.

You can even chain multiple different Smart Crumbs to the same output! There are dedicated blocks to control the Smart Crumbs, under the new ‘Smart’ category in the software.

The Smart Crumb: Pitch harks back to the era of 8-bit gaming, and will allow you to generate tones and funky sounds.

They can be used to give your robot a voice, make intruder alarms, sounds effects or even just playing happy birthday!
