VEX 123 Small Classroom Bundle (Global/English) (12 Students)
Ages 4-7
VEX 123 is an interactive, programmable robot that brings computer science and computational thinking to life beyond the screen. Designed for Reception and Key Stage 1 pupils aged 4 to 7, it provides an accessible and engaging introduction to sequencing, coding and problem solving.
Three Ways to Code
The VEX 123 Robot can be programmed in three engaging ways:
- Create sequences using the touch sensitive buttons on the robot.
- Insert physical Coder Cards into the VEX Coder and send programs wirelessly to the robot, with no screen required.
- Explore more advanced programming using VEXcode 123, available for iPad, Android tablets, Chromebook, Mac and PC.
VEX 123 Robot Features
The VEX 123 Robot is designed to be simple for young pupils to use while offering sophisticated technology inside. It moves and turns accurately and consistently, allowing pupils to focus on sequencing, coding and computational thinking.
The front Eye Sensor can detect obstacles, colours and light levels, while internal sensors recognise collisions and interactions with other robots. Pupils can also programme the illuminated VEX Button to display different colours and add sounds to their projects.
