GCSE Textiles Rescue - Binding - Invisible

This practical video introduces invisible binding and shows how the technique can be used to create neat, professional textile finishes.

The demonstration guides students through preparing and positioning the binding, pinning the layers, machining accurately and folding the binding to the reverse of the fabric so it cannot be seen from the front.

The six minute video can be used to introduce the technique, support a classroom demonstration or help GCSE students practise and refine their practical textile skills.
